1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using oescanada.hremsoftconsulting.ca, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
Participants must provide accurate registration details, use a valid phone number, maintain an active subscription, and meet academic/category requirements. False information may result in disqualification.
Age group must match your class/category:
- Basic Education (CEE): ages 7, 8, 9, 10
- Mid School (Grade 7-8): ages 11, 12, 13
- High School (Grade 9-12): ages 14, 15, 16
Performance or results recorded outside the applicable age group will not be regarded and may be voided.
You must also have an active internet connection on your phone or device to access and use this service.
3. Subscription Terms
- OTP verification is mandatory
- Subscription is required for full participation
- Unlimited attempts valid only during active subscription
- Subscription fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
4. Competition Rules
Participants must attempt all required questions, attempt all subjects in a category, avoid multiple or fraudulent accounts, and not use bots or unfair practices. Violation may result in score cancellation, disqualification, or account suspension. Each quiz attempt is time-based, and performance is measured by speed and accuracy. Each participant is allowed unlimited attempts during an active subscription and attempt must be for at least 7 times for all subjects, but each attempt must be completed within the allotted time. Please, we will still do our due diligence to investigate and disqualify any suspicious activities or attempts to game the system before awarding prizes. No use of AI tools is allowed to generate or assist answers/solutions.
- Speed is of essence: the quiz is time-based and delayed responses reduce performance.
- AI tools must not be used to generate or assist answers/solutions.
5. Scoring & Ranking
Scoring is based on response speed, correct answers, aggregate score, and completion requirements. Best Brains reserves the right to verify results, adjust rankings due to system errors, and investigate suspicious activities. All decisions are final.
6. Tie-Breaking & Voting
For identical aggregate scores, a voting process or tie-break system may be applied. Multiple winners may be declared. The decision of Best Brains management is final and binding.
7. Leaderboard Policy
Rankings reflect verified performance. Only qualified participants appear. Violators may be removed.
8. User Conduct
Users agree not to share OTP codes, manipulate scores, impersonate participants, or interfere with platform functionality.
9. Data & Privacy
By registering, users consent to collection of name, phone number, school, and state; use for competition administration; and communication via SMS. Data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
10. Technical Limitations
Best Brains is not responsible for network issues, delayed SMS delivery, device incompatibility, or user input errors. Participants are responsible for stable connectivity.
11. Modifications
Best Brains reserves the right to update rules, modify scoring criteria, adjust subscription structure, and amend competition procedures. Changes will be communicated via the platform.
12. Disqualification
Participants may be disqualified for fraudulent activities, false information, abuse of unlimited attempts, or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Authority
All decisions regarding disputes, rankings, and eligibility rest solely with Best Brains management.
